At Dani’s Hair Loft, we believe confidence behind the chair is built by doing—working with guests, continuing to learn, trying new things, and finding your own strengths as a stylist.
We’ve seen that growth firsthand. One of our longtime stylists first connected with Dani while she was still in beauty school. She joined the salon early in her career, and eight years later, she’s grown into a confident, experienced stylist and an important part of the team.
Now, we’re looking for another hairstylist who is excited about the industry and ready to build their own path.
Whether you’re newly licensed, early in your career, or already have experience behind the chair, we’re open to meeting you. What matters most is that you’re motivated, professional, curious, and ready to keep growing.
You’ll be joining an established, busy salon with experienced professionals and the opportunity to build relationships with guests, develop your strengths, and continue expanding your skills. As a Redken salon, continued learning is part of our culture, including in-salon education throughout the year.

Owner Dani Kosanovich built the salon around connection, education, and the belief that growth should continue at every stage of your career. With her own background in salon education and more than seven years as a stage artist for Sexy Hair Concepts, Dani has created an environment where learning is part of the culture.. The team regularly pursues both in-salon and outside education to continue refining their skills.
That depth of experience is reflected throughout the team, with professionals specializing across color, cutting, textured and curly hair, extensions, smoothing treatments, and more.
