As an Independent Sales Consultant, you'll develop Decibel™ within your market by:

• Building relationships with local salons and stylists

• Introducing and demonstrating the Decibel™ service

• Providing simple, effective education

• Opening new salon accounts

• Growing ongoing service and retail business

This is an opportunity to take the industry knowledge and relationships you already have and use them in a new way—whether you're an established beauty sales professional, educator, independent rep, or a hairstylist looking to expand beyond the chair.

Candidates should have established beauty industry connections within the market they are interested in representing.

Who We’re Looking For

You could be a great fit if you have 2+ years of professional beauty industry experience, strong relationships within your local salon community, and a genuine understanding of salon professionals.

Professional hair industry experience is strongly preferred. Decibel™ is especially interested in professionals who are entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, self-motivated, and excited by the opportunity to build business within their own market. Local connectivity matters—the goal is to represent a market where you already know the industry and can begin building relationships from day one.
