Key Responsibilities:
- Assist stylists with a variety of tasks, including preparing clients, performing shampoos, blow-drying hair, and applying toner or gloss treatments.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, ensuring they feel welcomed, and creating a positive atmosphere.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, including laundry and organizing the salon.
- Help ensure the salon runs smoothly by multi-tasking and supporting the team wherever needed.
- Handle salon tools and products safely and responsibly while providing high-quality service.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs and assist the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work well with a team.
- Licensed cosmetologist preferred, but not required.
- Experience with shampooing, blow-drying, and toner/gloss applications is a plus.
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
- A team-oriented mindset, ready to support the salon and stylists.
