About the Role:
As a Student Stylist/Barber Assistant, you’ll work closely with our team of professional stylists, learning the daily rhythm of a successful salon while putting your school training into action. From guest care to technical support, this role is designed to build your confidence, speed, and salon know-how before you ever take your licensing exam.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist stylists with shampooing, blow-drying, and guest prep
- Keep the salon flowing by helping with timing, transitions, and behind-the-scenes support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization to ensure the best possible experience for guests and team members
- Participate in our 6-month in-salon training program alongside your schooling
- Learn how to rebook, recommend retail, and provide full-service guest care
- Experience the culture and expectations of a real working salon so you’re salon-ready the day you graduate
