Compensation: 45% Commission + Education & Career Growth, 15% commission on retail with afflitate opportunties.

We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Stylist who thrives in a collaborative, education-driven environment and is excited to bring artistry, great energy, and a full-service experience to every guest.
What You Bring to the Team:
- A current cosmetology license and strong foundational skills
- A passion for continued education, growth, and refining your artistry
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences—from consultation to finish
- Confidence with or willingness to grow in color, cutting, styling, rebooking, and retail recommendations
- A team-player mindset—you love lifting others up and contributing to a positive, flowing salon culture

- 45% Commission with a level-based structure for clear advancement
