• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Manage calls, appointments, and scheduling updates with accuracy and care
• Guide guests through check-in and check-out with ease and attention to detail
• Share information on services, promotions, and products naturally
• Keep the front desk polished, on-brand, and organized
• Support stylists and team flow throughout the day
• Help drive retail and rebooking goals through authentic, meaningful connections
