The numbers, plainly
$600/week flat, plus 7.5% of service revenue. That's it, no product markup, no back bar deduction, no surprise line items. You set your own prices, keep 100% of service sales, and own your book.
The 7.5% exists so color cost scales with how much you actually use. A stylist running six color clients a day and one running two shouldn't pay the same for chemicals.
What that looks like in practice:
Weekly services sales | You Keep
$2,000 $1,250 (62%)
$2,500 $1,713 (69%)
$3,500 $2,638 (75%)
At a 50/50 commission salon, $3,500 in services leaves you $1,750 and you're still buying your own education and working someone else's schedule.
Who this is for
A licensed cosmetologist, 5+ years behind the chair, with an established clientele you can bring with you. Ideally a current Wella user. You want ownership and infrastructure at the same time, which is the thing suites can't give you.
Who this isn't for
If you need a salon to fill your column, we're not the right fit yet. We're not a walk-in business and we don't distribute clients.
To apply
Send your Instagram or portfolio, your license number, and one line about the book you're bringing.

Flowe Collective has been on W 34th St for nine years. We're a small, quiet, high-standard space, not a 20-chair floor. We have room for one experienced stylist who wants to run their own business without running a supply chain.
