At Floyd’s 99 Nolensville, good hair comes with good music, a steady book, and a team that doesn’t take itself too seriously. We’re looking for licensed Hairstylists/Cosmetologists who want to stay busy, sharpen their craft, and work somewhere individuality is part of the culture. New graduates are welcome, too.
What You'll Receive...
You’ll receive guaranteed hourly pay or commission—whichever is higher on every check—plus tips.
$16/hour guaranteed floor or 44%+ commission, whichever is higher
Barbers averaged $46/hour all-in, including tips, over the last six months
Approximately 40 tickets per chair, per week
70% client rebooking rate
Commission paid weekly
Tips paid daily
Retail bonus opportunities
You’ll Be Great Here If...
You hold an active Tennessee cosmetology license, or will be licensed before your start date.
You enjoy staying busy and building lasting relationships with repeat clients.
You’re open to continued education, feedback, and growth.
You’re available 4–5 days per week, including some evenings and Saturdays.
