You’ll receive guaranteed hourly pay or commission.
$16/hour guaranteed floor or 44%+ commission, whichever is higher
Barbers averaged $46/hour all-in, including tips, over the last six months
Approximately 40 tickets per chair, per week
$42 average ticket
22% average tip
70% client rebooking rate
Commission paid weekly
Tips paid daily

You’ll Be Great Here If...
You hold an active Tennessee barber license, or you’re graduating and will be licensed before your start date. You’re comfortable with (or excited to continue developing) clipper work, fades, beard services, and straight-razor services.
