The clientele is already walking through the door. Your job is to bring the technique, personality, and attention to detail that keeps them coming back.

Earn More Behind the Chair
Full-time Barbers have the opportunity to earn $70,000–$80,000 annually, including commissions and tips, based on availability and schedule worked.
Floyd’s offers commission-based compensation with hourly-rate protection, combining earning potential with an added level of consistency.
