Experienced Hairstylist
As an Experienced Hairstylist at F|S Cut & Color Mt. Juliet, you'll join a salon that believes great hair starts with great people. We're looking for a licensed stylist who is passionate about their craft, enjoys building genuine relationships with guests, and wants to be part of a supportive team where creativity and collaboration are encouraged.
In this role, you'll provide personalized haircutting, coloring, styling, and finishing services while helping guests look and feel their best. You'll have the opportunity to build long-term client relationships, showcase your creativity, and contribute to an elevated salon experience backed by the trusted F|S Cut & Color brand. F|S Cut & Color Mt.Juliet offers amazing benefits like paid vacation time after one year! With salon hours of Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, you'll enjoy every Sunday off to relax, recharge, and spend your time however you choose!

You'll Be Great Here If...
You're a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Tennessee with 2+ years of experience behind the chair.
You enjoy building genuine, long-term relationships with your guests.
You're confident providing a variety of haircutting, coloring, and styling services.
You're self-motivated and take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
You're committed to continuing your education and staying current with industry trends.
You thrive in a salon that encourages collaboration while giving you the independence to grow your business.
