Front Desk

Join our team at Hair Cult Salon as a Front Desk Concierge! As the first point
of contact for our guests, you'll be a purveyor of genuine care and an
advocate for their needs. Your primary responsibility will be to
execute the Hair Cult Guest Experience, ensuring a smooth and luxurious visit
for everyone who walks through our doors.

In this role, you’ll guide guests through their appointments with attention to care
and efficiency, establishing friendly and professional relationships.
You’ll communicate effectively with staff to ensure a seamless guest
experience and handle phone calls and bookings with calm composure. Your
expert knowledge of our services, technicians, products, and prices
will enable you to advise and fulfill guest needs while promoting our
offerings and special promotions.

You'll also be responsible for entering special requests and guest preferences into
profiles, maintaining pristine merchandise displays, and executing
opening and closing duties. Addressing guest challenges with empathy
and finding satisfactory resolutions will be key. Additionally, you'll
ensure new guests complete salon intake forms.

Your positive attitude and proactive approach will contribute to a warm, professional
