Active Managing Partner/ Hairstylist

At Hair Guitar Salon, we're looking for an experienced hairstylist who's ready for the next chapter. This is an opportunity to become an Active Managing Partner with a clear path toward ownership of an established, successful salon.

As both a stylist and leader, you'll continue building your own clientele while helping guide the daily operations of the salon, mentoring the team, and contributing to the future growth of the business. Located in Roseville, California, Hair Guitar Salon blends elevated hair services with a fun, music based atmosphere where both guests and stylists feel at home. With an established reputation, modern salon environment, and flexible ownership options, you'll have the support and foundation needed to grow into a long-term business partner.

What You'll Do

• Continue providing exceptional hair services while maintaining your established clientele.
• Lead daily salon operations alongside ownership.
• Foster a positive, professional, and team-focused culture.
• Mentor and support fellow stylists while encouraging continued education and growth.
• Help recruit and retain talented beauty professionals.
• Contribute to strategic decisions that support the long-term success of the salon.
• Build toward an ownership position through a flexible partnership structure.
