Position Title: Stylist
Experience Required: Proven 6 or more months of experience as an apprentice/ mentee or 3-5 years of experience behind the chair, a valid Texas cosmetology license.
Business Classification: Employee
Compensation: $32,000 - $165,000 + a year based
Scheduling Options: We are proud to offer our signature 2, 3, 4 schedule, meaning all of our stylists work between 16 - 32 hours a week (With an optional 5 day schedule if interested).
Skills & Abilities:
Confident in color formulation (AVEDA Color knowledge is a plus)
Confident in all basic haircuts of any length
Service timing 1-3.25 hours or less
Hair Extension knowledge is a plus
Ability to conduct salon branded consultations
Strong customer service skills
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing expert hair services, including color, cuts, and treatments, tailored to each client’s needs.
Recommending and educating clients on at-home hair care to enhance and maintain their look.
Staying up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities.
Contributing to a positive and professional salon culture that fosters growth and creativity.
Collaborating with our team to ensure the best client experience from consultation to checkout.
Taking part in marketing efforts, such as social media features and salon promotions.
Working within Hair Society’s Three Pillars of Success—a proven framework designed to help you build toward becoming a six-figure stylist.
