Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with professional hair treatments and delivering top-notch JB Care.
- Building friendly, professional relationships with clients and addressing complaints with empathy.
- Educating clients on our services, products, and promotions.
- Actively cleaning and restocking work areas, and maintaining salon cleanliness.
- Supporting the team by participating in promotions, events, and ongoing education.
- Observing and learning from our talented technicians to hone your skills.
- Contributing to a positive and professional environment for clients and team members.
