In this role, you’ll:
- Provide consistent professional manicures in accordance with salon protocols.
- Deliver exceptional JB Care, establishing friendly and professional relationships with clients.
- Educate clients on our range of nail services, advising on home care products and promoting salon programs and special promotions.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for and in good working order.
- Participate in salon promotions, events, and programs, supporting the company’s growth and success.
- Continuously learn and evolve your skills by staying current on industry techniques, trends, and products.
- Communicate effectively with staff to ensure a positive and smooth client experience.
- Handle client complaints with empathy and timeliness, finding satisfactory resolutions.
- Ensure client waivers are signed and maintain accurate client notes.
- Be flexible with your schedule to support the needs of the salon and contribute to maintaining a positive atmosphere.
