We’re seeking dynamic and passionate individuals who are ready to inspire and lead:

  • A true passion for Education and a love for learning
  • Proven Salon Owner Support and Star Recognition within your team
  • Strong track record in treatment & retail sales
  • An engaging digital presence
  • A true brand ambassador who represents Kérastase’s image and values
  • Ability to teach at least 2 classes per month
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficient with ALL hair textures & patterns
  • Open to delivering virtual education
  • Understands and is excited to execute education through a social media lens, active on Tik Tok, IG and YouTube
  • Must be in a Kerastase salon

To apply, please submit your portfolio including the following:

Instructional Video (3-5 minutes): Create a creative video demonstrating your teaching style by explaining how to do something (e.g., cutting a watermelon, applying foundation, walking a dog). This is your chance to showcase your skills and passion!

TikTok/Reel Beauty Review: Upload a short TikTok or Instagram Reel featuring a beauty product review (does not need to be Kerastase-specific). You must have a TikTok page and include the link to it in your portfolio.

Three Images of Work: Upload three images of your work to the "My Work" section of your portfolio. These images should reflect the work you have done to date that you are most proud of. Does not need to be professionally published.
