**Responsibilities:**

- Provide a wide range of color services, including highlights, balayage, ombre, color corrections, and custom color formulations.

- Consult with clients to understand their color preferences and hair goals, offering professional advice and personalized recommendations.

- Maintain a loyal clientele by delivering consistent, high-quality results and exceptional customer service.

- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products to ensure our color services remain innovative and cutting-edge.

- Uphold Lidav Beauty's standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism within the salon.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Senior Colorist with a strong portfolio of work.

- Established clientele base is highly preferred.

- Advanced skills in various color techniques and trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Valid New York cosmetology license.
