Job Requirements at LBT:

• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to multitask
• Strong team player mindset
• Solid understanding of salon operations
• Minimum 3 years of behind-the-chair experience
• Comfortable working with all hair types and services
• Active Illinois cosmetology license
• Eagerness to grow and willingness to learn
• Existing clientele is a plus
• Experience with vivid colors is a bonus
