Join the Metropolis Spa & Salon team as an Assistant and dive into an exciting, hands-on role where every day offers new opportunities to learn and grow! You’ll be a key support member, ensuring the salon environment remains clean, welcoming, and organized, while assisting both clients and stylists with a range of tasks—from preparing products to maintaining back-bar areas and ensuring all clients are attended to promptly. As an Assistant, you'll stay actively engaged on the floor, supporting the team, and learning about the latest hair care brands, treatments, and techniques. You'll be responsible for escorting clients to stylists, assisting with product recommendations, and ensuring smooth service delivery. You’ll also have the chance to participate in workshops and product knowledge classes to build your skills and expertise. Must have a valid NJ cosmetology permit (or be on track to obtain your license before it expires), and be ready to take on new challenges in this fast-paced and supportive spa and salon setting.
