As a stylist, you’ll play a key role in educating clients and staff on our exceptional range of spa, salon services, and retail products. With a focus on mentorship, you’ll guide assistants, sharing your knowledge on techniques, color formulas, and client interactions. You'll also be responsible for building a loyal client base through proactive marketing, exceptional service, and creating lasting relationships. We emphasize maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, staying organized, and consistently providing top-notch service, all while staying up-to-date on industry trends and continuing education. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, client satisfaction, and personal growth, this position offers the perfect balance of creativity and professionalism. Must have a valid NJ cosmetology license (or permit with a plan to get licensed before expiration), and be ready to shine in a collaborative, supportive spa & salon environment!
