What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating a welcoming, elevated experience for every guest who enters our curl sanctuary
- Assisting our world-class stylists with shampoos, color applications, diffusing, styling, and chemical prep
- Developing deep product expertise to confidently consult with clients on our signature Ouidad line
- Keeping stylist workstations beautifully stocked, organized, and photo-shoot ready
- Ensuring our salon maintains the highest standard of cleanliness and guest care
- Supporting inventory checks and management projects
- Collaborating with educators and management on creative and operational assignments
Who You Are:
- A licensed cosmetologist in New York State
- Passionate about curly and highly textured hair
- Eager to grow within the salon and become a Ouidad Stylist through our exclusive Associate Training Program
- A team player with an eye for detail and a heart for service
- Ready to roll up your sleeves, multitask, and bring great energy — especially on Fridays and Saturdays
- Prior salon or customer service experience? That’s a bonus
