PCI Academy Ames is growing and we're looking for our next Cosmetology Educator to come and join our team! As a company we're dedicated to growing people for a living through transformational coaching and mentoring utilizing innovative business strategies. Our skilled Training Team will help elevate your technical skills and help you develop and grow your facilitation skills, all while mentoring the leader within you.

Ideal candidates would have two years of experience serving as a licensed and practicing Cosmetologist in a licensed Salon Company, possess a strong passion for the Beauty Industry, a desire to grow the people around them, and a strong belief in team culture.
