Ideal candidates would have two years experience serving as a licensed and practicing cosmetologist in a licensed Salon Company, possess a strong passion for the Beauty Industry, a desire to grow the people around them, and a strong belief in team culture. Minnesota candidates must be able to prove that they have spend a minimum of 2,700 hours over the last three years behind the chair to be eligible for an Educator's License.
