As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important role in creating the warm, elevated, and personalized experience that keeps clients returning year after year.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team. One moment you may be coordinating appointments and helping guests find the perfect service, and the next you're supporting the salon and spa team behind the scenes to ensure the day runs smoothly.
