For more than 33 years on beautiful Marco Island, we've built a salon and spa around talented professionals who genuinely enjoy working together. Now, we're looking for a full-time Salon Assistant who is dependable, energetic, and excited to learn and grow within the beauty industry.
As a Salon Assistant, you'll work alongside our stylists and nail technicians while learning the rhythm of a busy, professional salon and spa. You'll help with shampooing and color preparation, prepare guests and stations for services, greet and assist clients, restock products and supplies, and help keep the salon clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day.
But this role is about more than supporting the day-to-day. It's an opportunity to gain hands-on salon experience, learn new skills, and grow into additional responsibilities as your skills develop.
We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, friendly, and ready to jump in wherever the team needs support. You should enjoy working with people, take initiative, and care about creating a positive experience for both guests and your teammates.
Previous salon experience or cosmetology school experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who brings a great attitude and a desire to learn.
This is a full-time position, and Saturday availability is required.
