We are expanding our team and inviting a Salon Concierge to join us. This is a unique role for someone who thrives on connection, organization, and elevating the guest experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Who You Are
You are warm, polished, and attentive. You enjoy creating seamless experiences for clients while supporting a creative team. You understand the rhythm of the salon/spa industry and bring a natural ability to anticipate needs, keep operations flowing smoothly, and build lasting relationships.
Whether you’ve worked behind the chair and are now seeking a new path, or you’re an experienced client-care professional ready to step into an elevated salon environment, this role offers the best of both worlds: beauty, service, and leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and care for clients with grace and professionalism.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and daily flow with precision.
- Support retail and service upselling by guiding clients toward products and enhancements that complement their experience.
- Be the liaison between clients and stylists/technicians, ensuring communication and timing are effortless.
- Maintain the aesthetic and hospitality standards of our front desk and reception areas.
- Contribute to social media presence (bonus) — sharing the artistry and energy of Safié online.
The Details
- Part-time: Thursday 10am-5pm, Friday 10am-Closing (7:30pm) and Saturday 9:30am-5:30am schedule
- Experience: Industry background is a plus, but a strong client-care orientation is essential.
- Bonus skills: Social media engagement and digital storytelling.
