Largo is seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Salon Assistant to join our team in downtown Charleston. The ideal candidate is professional, energetic, takes initiative, and understands the importance of teamwork and exceptional client service. Responsibilities include assisting stylists with shampooing, conditioning, treatments, and service preparation; providing efficient support to multiple stylists; maintaining clean, organized workstations; anticipating stylists' needs during busy appointments; maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation standards; delivering exceptional client service; and participating in ongoing education and professional development. We are looking for candidates with previous salon assistant experience or current cosmetology enrollment with graduation approaching. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be dependable and punctual, maintain a positive attitude, and be available for a full-time schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
