And Largo invests in more than technical skill. Stylists receive support around client relationships, rebooking, retention, and building a strong book of business, with regular insight into their performance and opportunities.

You’ll also have front desk and assistant support, flexible scheduling within a full-time role, level-based commission, and ongoing mentorship.
