At Style Masters Salon & Spa, the experience begins the moment a guest walks through the door—and our salon coordinators are at the center of it all. This is more than a front desk role; it’s about creating a seamless, elevated experience where every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and confident they’re in the right place.

As a salon coordinator, you’ll be the connection point between our guests and our service providers—managing the flow of the day, supporting the team behind the chair, and ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism and warmth. From greeting clients and coordinating appointments to assisting with retail and maintaining the overall energy of the space, your role is essential to how the salon operates and feels.

This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and values both structure and flexibility. We are specifically seeking someone with availability across key operating hours, including shifts such as 9am–3pm, 2pm–8pm, and Saturdays from 9am–4pm, with scheduling to be discussed based on mutual fit. This flexibility allows you to be part of a dynamic team while maintaining balance in your schedule.
