Associate Program
Every stylist starts somewhere. At Style Studio, that beginning is supported, intentional, and respected.
The Associate role is designed for licensed cosmetologists or those currently enrolled who want real salon experience without being thrown into chaos. You’ll work side by side with our stylists, assisting with color services, shampoos, treatments, and blowouts while learning what it truly means to deliver a luxury guest experience.
This is a hands-on learning role where education happens every day. You’ll be mentored, included in advanced education, and guided through the systems that help stylists grow with confidence—behind the chair and beyond it. You’ll also help maintain the beauty of the space and support the flow of the salon as part of a collaborative team.
We’re looking for someone who loves hair, values teamwork, and is excited to learn. In return, we offer a calm, high-standard environment, paid W-2 employment with tips, a flexible part-time schedule to start, and a clear path toward becoming a stylist of your own.
Most Associates transition into a stylist role within 6–12 months, supported by mentorship, education, and a salon culture built for long-term success.
