Our Co-Stylist position is designed for licensed hairstylists who want to grow with guidance. You’ll work alongside experienced stylists, learn Davines color and sustainable luxury practices, and build real confidence behind the chair through hands-on mentorship and in-salon education. This isn’t a hustle-based assistant role—it’s a supported pathway into a long-term career.
You’ll be part of a true team model, where stylists share knowledge, referrals, and support. Systems are in place so you can focus on learning your craft, delivering an elevated guest experience, and growing at a pace that’s sustainable.
