What You’ll Do
Serve as the first impression and lasting connection for every guest who walks through our doors.
Manage appointment flow, front desk operations, and retail sales with precision and grace.
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and maintain Tribe’s high standards.
Support ownership and management with scheduling, inventory, and executive-level organization.
Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to drive sales goals and guest retention initiatives.
