We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator who embodies professionalism, warmth, and polish. As the first and last point of contact, you will set the tone for an elite guest experience—managing high call volume, welcoming significant client traffic, and ensuring every detail of our salon runs seamlessly.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a white-glove experience
• Manage high call volume with confidence and efficiency
• Book and confirm appointments with precision to optimize service flow
• Process transactions and promote add-on services with discretion
• Welcome walk-ins and update client records
• Maintain a pristine reception area and organize salon supplies
• Support the team by anticipating needs and ensuring smooth daily operations

• Open availability (role is 4 days/week, including weekends, but flexibility is required as schedules may change)
