Hairstylist

Vivid Salon is looking for a professional, motivated, and client-focused Commission Hair Stylist to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for an experienced stylist who is passionate about delivering high-quality hair services, building strong client relationships, and growing within a high-standard salon environment. Our stylists have the opportunity to learn directly from Diana Vivi, founder of DVColour, as well as from a talented and experienced salon team.

Vivid Salon offers flexible scheduling, access to a large and established clientele, and premium starting service prices, creating strong earning potential for commission-based stylists who are motivated to grow.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing professional hair services, including cuts, colour, styling, treatments, and consultations

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

- Delivering an excellent client experience from consultation to finish

- Recommending appropriate services, treatments, and retail products

- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and professional salon standards

- Working collaboratively with the team and contributing to a positive salon culture

- Following salon procedures, booking expectations, and service standards

- Continuing to improve technical skills, service quality, and client retention

We are looking for someone who is:

- Licensed or experienced as a professional hair stylist

- Skilled in colour, cutting, styling, and client consultations

- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated

- Strong in communication and client relationship building

- Sales-minded and interested in growing their clientele

- Positive, team-oriented, and committed to continued improvement

- Open to learning from experienced industry professionals

Compensation:

This is a commission-based stylist position with strong earning potential based on performance, service volume, and client retention. Compensation details can be discussed during the interview process
