Salon Coordinator
As a Salon Coordinator at Wild Honey Salon, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience and maintaining the smooth operation of our salon.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Guest Experience:
- Understanding and implementing our high service standards
- Executing the Wild Honey Experience Fundamentals, including warm welcomes and fond farewells
- Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
- Booking and rebooking appointments
Salon Cleanliness:
- Restocking and dusting salon retail shelves
- Monitoring inventory and notifying when supplies are low
- Keeping the front of the house organized
- Periodically wiping down the desk and CC processor
Operational:
- Following opening and closing procedures
- Managing incoming calls, text messages, and emails
- Demonstrating excellent communication and punctuality
- Being ready to assist the team as needed
- Supporting sales goals
- Monitoring the waitlist for appointments
- Addressing guest inquiries
- Checking and restocking snacks and beverages
- Attending all team meetings and educational trainings
