Assistant
Join our vibrant team as an Assistant! We're looking for someone proactive, efficient, and adaptable to help keep our salon running smoothly and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience.
As an Assistant, you'll anticipate stylists' needs, manage time effectively, and seamlessly switch between tasks and roles. You'll enhance the guest experience by warmly greeting guests, offering snacks or beverages, and anticipating their needs to ensure they feel welcomed and cared for from arrival to departure.
Maintaining salon cleanliness is crucial. You'll set and reset salon stations for each guest, keep the shampoo area neat, ensure capes, towels, and robes are in top condition, and clean and put away bowls and brushes. You'll also be responsible for promptly cleaning any color spills, sweeping the floor, organizing misplaced items, and restocking product shelves. Adhering to opening and closing standards and managing inventory are key parts of this role.
