At The Yacht Club Salon, we know the first years of your career can shape everything that follows. That’s why we’ve built one of Colorado’s premier Associate Programs—a paid, hands-on mentorship designed to take you from beauty school graduate to luxury-level professional.

Here, artistry and education sail side by side. You’ll work one-on-one with our Redken and Pureology-trained educators, learning to master technical skill, elevate the guest experience, and build a thriving business behind the chair. You’ll gain confidence, polish, and precision while earning an income and working in an environment that’s equal parts luxury and laughter.

What You’ll Experience
• Full-time, paid Associate Program earning up to $30K annually
• One-on-one mentorship with Senior Stylists and Educators
