Jeans Lash Lounge is seeking a talented and experienced Lash Technician with expertise in a variety of beauty services, including single lash application, eyebrow lamination, eyelash lifts, waxing, threading, and tinting. This position requires an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional beauty services and is committed to delivering high-quality results with efficient turnaround times.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge in lash technology, including single lash installation, and have the ability to work with high precision while maintaining a quick pace. You will also have experience in eyebrow and lash tinting, eyebrow lamination, and waxing.

Responsibilities

• Perform single lash installations with high precision and care.
• Provide high-quality eyelash lifts and eyebrow lamination services.
• Offer professional eyebrow and eyelash tinting services.
• Provide waxing and threading services in line with salon protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and lash techniques.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and providing personalized beauty solutions.
• Handle client appointments, inquiries, and payment transactions.
• Adhere to health and safety standards within the salon.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in lash technology, including single lash installation and lash lifts. Experience in eyebrow lamination, waxing, and tinting is a plus.
• Certification: Certification in eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and related beauty treatments is highly preferred.
• Beauty License: In addition to certification in eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and related beauty treatments, a valid esthetician license or similar beauty license is required.
• Skills:
  - Expertise in high-quality, low-turnaround lash application.
  - Proficiency in eyebrow shaping, tinting, and lamination.
  - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  - Strong attention to detail and an eye for beauty.
  - Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
  - Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices.
